Question Shipping
AnswerOnce an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back following these instructions under our Returns & Exchange Policy section

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Question Returns & Exchanges
AnswerMerchandise may only be returned If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if the product was damaged during shipping. All returns must be within 30 Days of original purchase. If your return does not meet those requirements, it will be denied.

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.

All items that are labeled as “Limited Edition” in their description are non-refundable.

Question I didn't receive a tracking number. When should I see it?
AnswerYou should receive a shipping confirmation email within 7-10 business days of your purchase. This can be longer during times of extreme volume. If you don’t have it, it’s possible that it got sent to your spam folder.
Question My package didn't have everything with it. Where's the rest?
AnswerAll orders are fulfilled by our warehouse and through our partner in California. Due to the possibility that your order may be shipped from two different places, you may receive two packages with two tracking numbers.
Question Lost or stolen packages
AnswerUnfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online at USPS Missing Mail.
Question Do you guys make custom clothing?
AnswerNo  we don’t. FlyingBamino is a brand, a lifestyle and an extension of one’s self for whoever wears it. We feel that our brand needs to be defined. This reason is why we don’t print custom clothes
Question Sizing
AnswerAll FlyingBamino shirts, hats and hoodies are unisex sizing.
